Week 5

Here are some concert fliers produced by Club Sandwich, a "collective" that organizes all-ages live music events in the Bay Area. All of the images communicate the following information: location of the show, bands that are playing at the show, time and date of the show, and sometimes the price. These messages are communicated through words, (sometimes highly stylized) and are accompanied by pictures done by various artists. Although concert fliers can differ greatly from one another, they usually share the same type of information and are usually created with a common purpose in mind.
